USC Sorority “Rush School” began in earnest yesterday. If you are not familiar with “Rush School” it is held the week or so before sorority recruitment begins and is meant as a time for individual sororities to review the rules, assign Rush roles and responsibilities, and learn the songs and skits that will be presented throughout the week. Izzy arrived a few hours prior to the mandatory 8:00 pm Welcome Back meeting with enough time to unpack, organize herself, and basically settle into her sorority house for the semester.
Just as I was pulling out of the parking lot, she asked me to keep an eye out for cute jewelry with sorority symbols much like the fabulous Stella & Dot “On the Mark” arrow necklace – a Pi Phi favorite!
